Refund Eligibility
Refunds or adjustments are available under the following conditions:
- The refund request must be submitted within 3 days of your appointment.
- Refunds are only available for services where the outcome does not match your request or instructions.
- Refunds do not apply to products purchased in the barbershop, unless they are defective or damaged.
- No refunds for missed appointments or late arrivals.

Refund Process

- A store credit for future services.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not granted under the following circumstances:
- Requests made after 3 days from the appointment date.
- Dissatisfaction due to a change of mind.
- Services received from external barbers not employed by our shop.
- Miscommunication due to unclear instructions from the client.
